Stone Healing PHP–IOP Medication Management Partnership in Ventura, CA

Stone Healing PHP–IOP Medication Management Partnership

Stone Healing PHP–IOP is pleased to announce the implementation of an enhanced medication management support system through a new partnership with a trusted third-party home healthcare provider. This collaboration is designed to strengthen continuity of care, support treatment adherence, and improve clinical outcomes for our clients.

Through this partnership, licensed nurses from the third-party provider will meet with clients in their homes or transitional living environments 4–5 days per week to review medications, provide education, and offer hands-on medication management support. This service complements the medication support already provided within Stone Healing’s program during business hours, ensuring clients receive consistent oversight both during and after program hours.

Historically, many clients have experienced challenges maintaining medication compliance outside of structured treatment settings. Stone Healing recognized that traditional approaches to medication management often lose effectiveness once clients leave the program environment. This new model is designed to bridge that gap by extending skilled support into real-world settings, helping clients stay engaged in their treatment and better manage ongoing mental health conditions.

Through this initiative, Stone Healing PHP–IOP aims to:

  • Enhance medication adherence and reduce lapses in treatment
  • Support stabilization and reduce risk of symptom relapse
  • Promote improved client outcomes and overall continuity of care
  • Provide an additional safety layer and accountability structure for clients managing complex medication needs

This partnership reflects Stone Healing’s continued commitment to delivering comprehensive, person-centered care and ensuring our clients have access to every available tool necessary to support long-term recovery and mental health stability.

How to Choose the Right Medication Management Ventura Program for Your Recovery

Assess Your Current Needs: Do you need intensive daily support (PHP or IOP), or can you manage with weekly outpatient sessions? Your work, family, and personal obligations should align with the program schedule you choose.

Consider Your Treatment History: If previous treatments didn’t work, discuss what approaches have already been tried and which evidence-based modalities might be better suited to you.

Evaluate Program Expertise: Look for treatment centers that specialize in your specific condition and offer the evidence-based modalities (CBT, EMDR, DBT, etc.) that research shows work for your diagnosis.

Check Provider Credentials: Ensure the treatment team includes licensed clinicians, psychiatrists (if medication is part of your plan), and therapists with relevant specialization.

Review Support Systems: Strong treatment programs include family therapy options, peer support groups, and transitional care planning — all factors that improve long-term recovery outcomes.

Verify Insurance and Accessibility: Confirm the center accepts your insurance, offers flexible scheduling, and is geographically accessible for your regular appointments.
